Who we're looking for:
•    Law school graduate and Bar membership;
•    2-6 years of professional experience in a top business law firm, with relevant involvement in corporate M&A transactions (transaction structuring, negotiation, joint ventures, restructurings) due diligence and related advisory on corporate law matters;
•    In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law and corporate governance rules.
•    Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, versatility, ability to work on multiple projects, legal writing skills;
•    Fluency in written & spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage.
